1. Definitions

"Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Saral Shabd, operated by Sourabh Rao & Pushap Raj Gurjar.

"User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses the website or enrolls in our courses.

"Services" refer to the Life Transformation course and any other products offered on our website.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enroll in our courses.
• By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Course Enrollment & Payment

• You agree to pay the full amount at the time of enrollment.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
• The Life Transformation course fee is INR 199, with a partial refund of INR 193 available as per our Refund Policy.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds must be initiated within 3 business days of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after approval.
• Partial refunds of INR 193 (out of INR 199) are available for customers who meet the refund eligibility criteria as described in our Refund Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must not share your login credentials with others.
• You must not copy, reproduce, or distribute course content without permission.
• Any misuse or violation may result in termination of access without a refund.
• Vidhi ka Vidhaan koi nhi badal sakhta.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All course materials, website content, logos, and branding are owned by Saral Shabd and protected under copyright laws.
• You may not use, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any personal, professional, or financial outcomes related to the course.
• Our services are provided "as is", and we do not guarantee specific results.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

If the issue is not resolved through communication, the dispute will be handled according to the laws of India, and the competent courts in Delhi, India, specifically Saket Court, will have jurisdiction.

9. Indian Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, along with relevant amendments under Indian law.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, specifically Saket Court, as per the laws of India.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate any of these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Use our platform for illegal purposes.
