At Saral Shabd, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences through our Life Transformation course. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Customers who have purchased the Life Transformation course through Razorpay are eligible for a partial refund of INR 193 out of the total amount of INR 199.
- The refund request must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds will only be processed for first-time purchases.
- Customers who have accessed or completed more than 30% of the course content will not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to saralshabd.com@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request - Life Transformation Course."
- Include the following details in your email:
- Full Name
- Email Address (used during registration)
- Payment Transaction ID (from Razorpay)
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Once approved, the refund of INR 193 will be processed through Razorpay and credited back to the original payment method within 3 business days.
The non-refundable amount of INR 6 covers processing fees and administrative costs.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the refund request is made after the eligible period.
- If the customer has accessed 30% of the course.
- If the purchase was made using discounts, coupons, or promotional offers that do not qualify for refunds.
- If there is suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of our refund policy.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
Saral Shabd reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
